Your Acceptance of These Terms

By using PayCalcFig — any page, any calculator, any tool on the site — you agree to the terms on this page and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please close the tab and do not use the site. It is that simple.

License to Use the Site

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use PayCalcFig for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. In plain English: you can use the calculators to plan your own salary decisions, but you cannot embed them on your own site, repackage them as a paid service, or scrape them to build a competing product.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of the site's underlying code or calculation logic. The text content on the site (articles, methodology descriptions, FAQ answers) is available for limited quotation with proper attribution under fair use, but bulk republication is not permitted without written consent.

Calculator Accuracy Disclaimer

This is the important part, so read it twice if you have to. Every calculator on PayCalcFig is an estimate generator. The numbers you see are based on publicly available IRS and state tax data, simplified assumptions, and the inputs you provide. Your actual take-home pay, tax liability, or raise value may differ — sometimes significantly — based on factors the calculator cannot see: your exact pre-tax benefits, local city or county taxes, your filing status, your W-4 elections, and a long list of personal credits and deductions.

PayCalcFig is not a tax preparation service and is not registered with the IRS as a tax preparer. The results of any calculator are not a tax return, not a tax opinion, and not legal or financial advice. If you are making a real-world decision — accepting a job offer, filing your taxes, planning a major purchase — you should confirm the number with a qualified tax professional, financial advisor, or the official IRS calculators at IRS.gov.

Your Responsibilities

When you use PayCalcFig, you are responsible for:

Providing accurate inputs. If you enter "$50,000" when your actual salary is "$75,000," the calculator will happily give you a wrong answer. Garbage in, garbage out.

Using the results responsibly. Do not treat a calculator output as a guaranteed paycheck or tax bill. Cross-check important numbers with official sources.

Complying with laws that apply to you. The site is designed for US users and follows US tax rules. If you live outside the US, your mileage will vary.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to bypass, hack, or interfere with any security, rate-limiting, or anti-abuse feature on the site.
• Run automated bots, scrapers, or bulk-query scripts against the calculators without our written permission.
• Use the site to develop, train, or benchmark a competing salary or tax calculator product.
• Introduce viruses, trojans, or any malicious code into the site or its infrastructure.

We reserve the right to block any usage pattern that looks like abuse, even if it is not on the list above.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our operations, the law, or the way the site works. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of PayCalcFig after a change is posted means you accept the new terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, stop using the site.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, specifically, the state in which PayCalcFig is operated (for the purposes of this policy, the state of Delaware, where the site is registered). Any dispute related to the site must be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless we mutually agree otherwise in writing.

Nothing in this agreement prevents you from bringing a claim in small claims court for disputes that fall within the small claims court's jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law.
